Can't recall how many times we went down to Chinatown within a month to look for an ideal place with good deal for our next trip, after much contemplating, we decided to settle for our second honeymoon in Korea to experience the winter atmosphere......
This will be our first winter experience and we are really looking forward to make snowballs under the freezing snows. January being the coldest month in Korea, has an average temperature of -8°C in Chongjin and -5°C in Seoul......

South Korea 8 Days Itinerary (13th ~ 21st Jan)
Information: South Korea is 1 hour ahead of Singapore
Day 1
(SINGAPORE - INCHEON)
• assemble at the counter in Changi Airport at least 2½ hours before
departure time
• on board Korean Air to Incheon International Airport at 2230hrs
(Singapore time)
Day 2
(INCHEON - GIMPO - JEJU)
• arrival Incheon international airport around 0530hrs (Korea time) in
the morning
• transfer to Gimpo airport (domestic airline to Jeju Island)
• first activities in Jeju Island -- jet boat ride
• miniature theme park
• teddy bear museum
• Phoenix island resort
Day 3 (JEJU)
• sunrise peak (Seongsan Ilchulbong)
• orange farm
• Seong-eup folk village
• mysterious road
• Yongduam (dragon head rock)
• seafood diner
Day 4 (JEJU
- GIMPO [SEOUL])
• Geyonbokgung palace
• the blue house (Cheong Wa Dae) ~ office of the President of the
Republic of Korea
• doota (shopping mall)
• Korean BBQ dinner
Day 5 (MT
SORAK)
• Seoraksan national park
• Sinheungsa Temple
• ATV-All Terrain Vehicle
• hot spring bath at Phoenix park ski resort
Day 6 (FUN
SKI - FATORY OUTLET)
• Phoenix park resort fun ski
• shopping at Yeoju premium outlets
• dinner Korean ginseng chicken soup (Samgetang)
• Imperial palace hotel
Day 7 (SHOPPING - THEME PARK)
• Kimchi DIY & Hanbok dressing
• Amethyst factory
• the FACE shop
• Tteok museum
• Insa dong
• Myung dong
• Lotte world adventure park
Day 8 (SEOUL SHOPPING FUN)
• the Ewha area shopping district (near Ewha woman's university)
• local goodies and candies shop
